At Dora’s Designs, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service, premium décor, and a smooth planning experience. To ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism for all clients, the following policies apply to all event bookings.

Booking & Date Reservation

  • Event dates are not guaranteed without deposit

  • Inquiry alone does not secure an event date. Only receipt of the required deposit confirms a booking and reserves the date on our calendar.

  • Quotes are valid for 72 hours from the date sent. After this period, availability and pricing may change.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) is required to secure your event date.

  • Remaining balances are due no later than 3 days before the event date unless otherwise specified in your contract.

  • Failure to provide final payment by the deadline will result in cancellation of services.

First-Come, First-Served Policy

  • To remain fair and consistent to all clients, dates are awarded strictly based on the first deposit received. We cannot hold or promise dates without payment.

Cancellations & Terminations

  • Failure to Submit Deposit:

    • In the absence of a received deposit by the agreed-upon deadline, Dora’s Designs, LLC reserves the right to release the date and offer it to the next client in line.

  • Right to Terminate Inquiry:

    • If booking obligations are not met, including failure to submit deposit or finalize contract terms, we are required to formally terminate the inquiry in order to maintain operational integrity and uphold fairness to all clients.

Design Changes & Final Details

  • Final design changes must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Significant last-minute changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability

Setup, Rentals & Liability

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access and sufficient setup time.

  • Any damage to décor, props, backdrops, or rentals provided by Dora’s Designs, LLC will incur a minimum $150 replacement or repair fee.

  • We are not responsible for weather-related or venue-related restrictions that may impact design installation.

Client Communication

  • All official communication must be conducted via email at dorasdesignsllc@gmail.com or via text *inquire for more*.

  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM.

  • Messages received after business hours will be responded to the next business day.

Rebooking & Future Events

  • Clients who previously inquired but did not complete a deposit are welcome to reach out for future dates. Availability is not guaranteed and will follow our first-deposit system.
